Successfully facilitated and executed the first-of-its-kind Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between USAID Workforce Egypt and the Supreme Council for Technological Education (SCTE) under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) to create linkages and pathways for the International Applied Technology Schools students in Technological Universities. This achievement involved drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the MoU, securing governmental and USAID approvals, coordinating high-level stakeholder engagement, and organizing a signing event that set a precedent for future collaborations in technical and vocational education reform.

- Developed comprehensive calculations and Excel-based assessment tool for certifying technical education trainers, training centers, and training programs that the Minister of Education and Technical Education later endorsed.
