I am a geneticist with more than 34 years of experience in agricultural extension advisory services, national research systems, and academia. I have published several papers in peer-reviewed journals, taught several courses, supervised and assessed several undergraduate and graduate students research projects, and been involved in administrative tasks. I am interested in sustainable intensification of subsistence farmers agricultural systems and rural development. I give special emphasis to indigenous knowledge and wisdom and context-based development projects.
