Highway Engineering (1997) with and has about 31 years of professional experience in the field of Construction Supervision and design of highways and bridges including the Materials Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. He is competent to run a consulting team made of Surveyors, Geotechnical and material Engineers and the support staff. He is experienced in Highway and bridges Construction supervision and designs, claims assessment, certifying contractor’s payments, chairing monthly progress site meeting as well as technical meetings. He has experience in projects funded by international financial institutions viz., The World Bank, EU Fund, African Development bank as well as Tanzania Government, etc. implemented under FIDIC Conditions of Contract. His experience on road projects ranged from site organization, supervising contractor’s staff and machineries, checking and approving sections of the road there after instructing Contractor to proceed, approving shop drawings submitted by contractor, liaising with Client on day to day issues of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Program of work and any other risk items to the project. He is conversant on supervision and monitoring projects of DBM-OPRC on roads.
