I combine expertise in spatial planning and data science with cross-sector experience in digital transformation and international economic affairs, supporting evidence-based policy and development strategies.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across Europe and East Asia in roles spanning geospatial analytics, urban and regional planning, digital transformation, and economic diplomacy. I’ve contributed to research on innovation ecosystems and sustainable urban development within academic institutions, and supported private-sector clients on digital transformation and market entry strategies.

With a PhD in Geography and an MSc from ESSEC, I bring a rigorous analytical foundation and the ability to operate at the intersection of research, policy, and implementation. I’ve taught and developed programs for academic, executive, and public-sector audiences, with a focus on spatial data, sustainability, and planning.

Fluent in French and English, and with additional proficiency in Korean and German, I’m currently open to international consulting opportunities related to urban development, digital government, spatial data applications, and development cooperation.
