Highlights include:  As Programme Manager & Technical Advisor, led establishment of a Locally Managed Marine Areas (LMMAs) programme for community-based fisheries management for Blue Ventures in Timor-Leste, integrated with national government regulations on traditional Tara Bandu natural resource management.  Senior Programme Manager with Oxfam in Timor-Leste for the start-up period for a multi-partner expansion of a community carbon-forestry scheme to four new municipalities. Established EU-compliant programme systems across three lead NGO partners. Led co-development of the EU-compliant process for selecting local implementing partner sub-grantees.  As Resilience, Climate Change & MEL Advisor for Oxfam in Timor-Leste, provided project management capacity building and technical advice for the AHP DisasterREADY project, which works with national government to establish municipal and community-level disaster management committees and support community rapid assessments of climate change and disaster risks, community action planning and local implementation of priority actions to reduce climate change and natural disaster risks.  As head of New Zealand climate change advocacy NGO, 350 Aotearoa, led a team of staff and nationwide volunteers in delivering campaigns and events, working with a range of stakeholders from city councilors to church groups.  As Project Manager for Neighbours Day Aotearoa, managed partnerships with over 100 national and local organisations around New Zealand, including the national Ministry for Social Development and local councils, in order to deliver a multi-agency public advocacy campaign encouraging more New Zealanders to get to know their neighbours as a means of improving social connectedness and community resilience.
