He has direct experience at all levels of the legal, political, technical and financial aspects of the preparation, adjudication and negotiation of water and sanitaion schemes in accordance with UNFCCC, EU Water Framework Directive, PRAG and PCM procedures and FIDIC Contract Conditions adaptation for ICB/LCB as well.
