My name is Thomas Zilly. I am a German Architect, Civil Engineer, Topographic Surveyor and Urban Development/Town-Planner with 27 years of experience leading international major construction/infrastructure projects. 

In the past I was leading projects for GTZ, EU, UNOPS, UNHCR, NATO, ICRC, WORLD BANK, ADB and International Consultant Companies in Colombia, Costa Rica, Kosovo, Macedonia, Malawi, Ethiopia, Yemen, Bosnia H., Sri Lanka, India, Oman, Egypt, China, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Albania, Serbia, Papua New Guinea, Zambia, and Germany. 

My language skills are fluent in German English and Spanish, besides, I have some knowledge of Albanian, Russian and Serbian. I am looking for short or long term projects as Project Director, Team Leader, Head of Mission or Chief of Party. 

I have designed & supervised by FIDIC the following projects: airports, schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, offices, roads, bridges, high-rise, prisons, military camps, earthquake resistant, cultural heritage, leisure facilities, urban development, town planning, energy efficiency.
