More than 15 years of experience in Human Rights, Justice Reform, Eastern Europe, Property Rights, Restitution, ECHR, Anti-money laundering, EU law; I have experience as a Judge, a Lawyer, a NGO worker in Human Rights, EU law and EU Integration, a Lecturer in Human Rights and EU law.

10 years of experience in training of Judges and Lawyers as President of the NGO “Democratic values and Human Rights”; Bulgaria, where I had to prepare curricula for trainings and
seminars on EU law, Minority Rights and Fundamental Rights with international participation (Council of Europe, Stability Pact, etc.)

Experience in Property rights reform in Eastern Europe, restoration of property, land issues and return rights, gender issues.

More than 10 years in Anti-money laundering and Compliance.
