A ICT professional with 25+ years of National and international ICT projects implementation experience; was team leader/project manager and implemented projects with complete Software Development Life Cycle starting from conceptualization till implementation and support. Some of the achievements are:
- Implementation of Revenue Management system (iTax) for the Local Government Authorities (LGA) which is under the Prime Minister’s office of United Republic of Tanzania, the project was supported by GIZ SULGO Tanzania;
- Development and implementation of Nepal Government’s Government Enterprise Architecture (GEA) and National Portal of Nepal for National Information Technology Center and Office of the Prime Minister Nepal.
- Development and implementation of Electronic government procurement (eGP) system for Public Procurement Monitoring Office Nepal. The portal has features of complete procurement life cycle starting from master procurement plan till contract management.
- Development and implementation of Taxpayer Registration, Income tax assessment and Collection system for Inland Revenue Department, Ministry of Finance, Nepal etc.
- ICT need Assessment for Department of Local Infrastructure Development and Agricultural Roads (DoLIDAR) and District Technical Offices (DTOs).
- Information System Audit of different banks / financial institutions
- Visiting faculty at School of Management, Kathmandu University.
