I was involved in preparation of Tender Documentation and Detailed Design for several projects being responsible for the Tendering process for turnkey projects financed by POIM, POS, POR, ISPA, PHARE, SAPARD, and SAMTID.

I am familiar with FIDIC and PRAG Conditions of Contract.

I was involved in evaluation and assessment of project applications regarding infrastructure works (water and waste water, roads), building rehabilitation, and new investments.
