I have acquired over 10 years of Finance, Grants and Compliance Management Experience, extensive and sound knowledge of Donor Rules and Regulations of both intitutional and private donors. This experience includes both budgeting and analytical skills, sound knowledge of customized accounting software, including Microsoft Productivity Tools, like Excel Word processing, etc. This also includes development of Award and Grants Management Manuals as well as Organizational Capacity Development (ODC).

I have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English Language. I have the ability to work as a team member, excellent mentoring, monitoring, supportive and surpervisory skills.

Over the years, I have acquired the ability to work with and build the capacity of local implementing partners - CBOs, CSOs, Government Institutions and non Reglious/Reglious organizations that implements projects in high risk humanitarian environments in Nigeria, inclduing the North East part of Nigeria.
