Over 10 years of experience as Team Leader of international projects. Strong Team Leader skills, including managing teams and projects both within the UK Civil Service and in transition countries, overseeing logistics, financial and administrative issues.

Over 18 years of experience in capacity building of public administration bodies including reform of public employment services, development of employment services and ALMMs and delivery of training for employment services staff.

Over 10 years of experience in economic and private sector development programmes, including SME development programmes, entrepreneurship and self-employment.

Excellent communications and reporting skills, both written and oral (English native speaker), proved by numerous Team Leader assignments.
