An experienced development project professional with a strong track record of designing, implementing and reporting on development interventions in both Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and Non Governmental Organisations in South Eastern Uganda. My career has been in civil society sector supporting and strengthening partnership with the civil society organizations so as to contribute to the creation of a society governed by the rule of law that protects and promotes human rights, that is respectful of its constitution and whose members are aware of their civic obligations.
