I am a certified or accredited project manager and have practised this in my different capacities. Moreover, I have practical experience in developing vocational training curriculum frameworks, and standards. I have good knowledge of competency-based curriculum development using DACUM (Developing A CurriculUM) and SCID (Systematic Curriculum and Instructional Development) processes.
Further, I have also successfully resolved engineering tasks that had required “nut” cracker abilities, energy, and drive. My systematic & analytical approach in my work has led me to achieve good results as expected of me by my clients.
I believe that sustainable development has become a complex but necessary art. A business-as-usual world view is hazardous to our planet. Business models need to consider social, economic, and environmental costs and benefits. The practice of cooperate social responsibility has gained ground but cannot sustain a business if environmental aspects are left out. Businesses, benefit from this planet and therefore need to partake in the improvement & protection of the environment and globe at large.
I endeavour employing holistic approaches in problem solving to develop sustainable solutions that in the long run also impact positive figures in financial statements.
I also see myself as a transformational leader, and desire to make a difference in my developmental engagements as consultant or other formal work.
