A senior level civil engineer with over 40 years international experience in water resources, irrigation, water, and waste water engineering.  I have managed USAID, World Bank, ADB, IADB, and Swiss funded infrastructure, water supply, wastewater treatment, water reuse, irrigation & drainage, and flood control programs in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Georgia, Central Asia (Uz,Kz,Kg,Tj,Tk), Egypt, Jamaica, Jordan, India, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Indonesia. I have experience in the full project cycle including policy development, project preparation, prefeasibility/feasibility studies, design, tender document preparation, construction management, O&M, stakeholder participation, training, equipment procurement, and M&E. I am a registered professional engineer with a PhD in Water Resources Planning & Management from Colorado State University, USA.
