• Livelihoods program design and implementation management
• Sector analysis for economic & technical feasibility;
• Market development for agro-alimentary products, including local & international market linkages, training of producers to meet quality standards, quantity thresholds, & delivery standards;
• Proposal development and writing, concept papers, and detailed technical program design, budgets, M&E tracking plans;
• Technology transfer, i.e. user education, demand creation, local manufacturing and/or local commercial supply, spare parts & repair service supplies, linking users with suppliers;
• Agricultural production for high-value markets, i.e. horticulture, nuts, oilseeds, etc;
• Agro-processing, including nuts (cashews), oilseeds, horticultural products, etc;
• Field-level program administration from start-up to close-out & evaluation;
• Monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
• Production forestry, including nursery operation as an income-generating activity, grafting and varietal selection, orchard planning & management, intercropping, & other aspect
• Solid relationships with donors, host government agencies, collaborating NGOs, and other offices within the same organization;
• Strong written & oral skills for reports, proposals, propaganda, etc;
