- 20+ years of experience in the fields of RE/EE, NRM, Green Economy and Agriculture sectors
- 20+ years of experience working with international donor’s organizations (USAID, UNDP, UNIDO, EBRD, FAO, IFC, GIZ, SECO).
- Strategic documents preparation (National Energy Strategy, National Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Action Plans, EU Energy Directives implementation plans, Roadmaps, White Papers, etc.).
- Laws and secondary legislative acts drafting and adaptation of national legislation to EU Acquis communautaire.
- Consultancy and advisory support to the GoU in development and introduction of mechanisms for implementation of adopted laws.
- Experience working with Parliament Committees, Ministries, national and local State Administrations, Academia, think tanks and public interest groups.
