Ms Martín is a Political Scientist and Internationalist, with native Spanish and fluent in English (CPE/C2), who may demonstrate over 10 years of experience in providing consultancy services in the field of international development cooperation to the European Commission and the EEAS, either running or monitoring (including the Results-Oriented Monitoring/ROM approach) a wide range of interventions. She has over 5 years of experience in the fields of Governance and Democracy, Civil society, Participation, Parliaments, and political parties. She has as well a proven track record of excellence in Project Management of external action projects and programmes, with in-house experience as Manager or Coordinator of large interventions run by top EU-INTPA contractors (EPTISA, INTEGRATION and DT-GLOBAL).

She has an excellent command of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets), statistical packages (SPSS, STATA), previous experience with CRIS and OPSYS. Lastly, she is an accomplished analyst of performance measurement indicators, with significant experience with regards to the Global Europe Results Framework (GERF), and is broadly experienced in capacity development and knowledge sharing activities for public sector institutions in areas related to design and monitoring for results.
