• I hold a Master’s degree in Development Cooperation policies and Governance and an MPhil in Culture Law.

• I possess a very good knowledge of CSOs and LAs, as well as regional cooperation associations.

• Experience dealing with security-development nexus

• I have a very strong knowledge of the excellent understanding of the EU existing aid delivery methods and capacity building mechanisms - projects, sector programmes and general budget support; thorough knowledge of procurement procedures, grant-award processes and contract management in the context of the EU external actions;

• Very good knowledge of main criteria and guidelines for evaluation (European Commission, OECD); familiar with the ROM (Result Oriented Monitoring) methodology;

• Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation
