Development of long-term, low cost PTSD recovery programs for veterans and first-responders and large-scale acute phase community based programs for traumatized populations in in the US and conflict countries.

Developed the protocols, procedures, infection prevention and control (IPC) procedures, and diagnostic checklists for Ebola Treatment Units in Liberia.  Extensive expertise in the design, development, delivery and management of training and advanced technical education for policy makers, decision leaders and the management and clinical staff of all levels and types of healthcare institutions and facilities.
