I am a well trained and accountable professional, in the field of International Development and Public Policy, with 20 years of professional experience with international organizations, INGOs, CSO, public and private institutions. My experience in related by not limited to management of programmes and projects, formulation of public policies, as well as M&E applying the project cycle, results based management approach, logical framework.

The areas of my expertise are related to social development and public policy, gender issues, youth and the elderly, human rights, migration and human mobilization, territorial development, reproductive health and Rights, and HIV prevention. I hold a Masters Degree in International Development form Rutgers University, USA, pursued through a Fulbright Scholarship, and additional training in different areas of development, including gender perspective and its application to development, climate change and environmental issues.

I am goal oriented, have good human skills, excellent communicator, resilient and work well in multicultural environments. Good sense of humor, responsible and results oriented.

From Salvadoran origin, I have worked in the Central American Region and traveled around the wold. Bilingual English and Spanish and some understanding of French and Portuguese.
