• IFAD consultant : Capacity assessment of Implementing partners; Supervision and supporting mission (IFAD-Haiti; IFAD-Ghana; IFAD-TOGO)
• A full professional experience mainly focused to development Cooperation in Burundi, ACP, including coffee industry upgrading and modernisation, project management related assistance, business enabling environment,
• Project management, in Coffee Board of Burundi, EDF National Authorizing Office, management, tenders, ToRs, work programmes, estimates and log frames, complete administrative and financial management, visibility, communication; Managed several EU, IFAD, World Bank funded multi-disciplinary, multi-beneficiary projects, mostly as long-term Team Leader;
• Management of multi culture and multi language teams; this includes LT resident in Burundi for managing EU programmes and a number of short term missions as well;
• Global management experience of EU funded programmes & projects (EDF, EUROPEAN COMMISSION, EUROPE AID…) and other international and/or national funding agencies: IFAD, World Bank, Governments, regional and local Institutions;
