He worked for both Serbian and international consulting companies, such as GFA, Ecorys, ECG, etc. Key qualifications are:

• More than 11 years of working experience with SMEs and private sector development
• More than 11 years of experience in the field of institutional research, data collection and/or processing, including desk and ground research, survey questionnaire development, interviews, statistical analysis, etc.
• More than 11 years of working experience in institutional support, through advisory, consultancy, capacity building and training
• More than 11 years of experience in advisory support to SMEs, business support organisations, clusters, and universities/technology brokers
• More than 11 years of experience in development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of capacity building and training programmes for public institutions and SMEs, including EU laws and procedures, strategy development and action planning, project development, skills development, management, innovation, marketing, etc.
