Ernest Koch holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA (Germany 1978). He has significant experience as SME policy and capacity building expert on complex enterprise development projects for the EC, WB, ADB, UNDP and GIZ, co-operating with multi-professional teams in transition and developing countries. He is familiar with EU procedures having been involved in a number of EAR, PHARE, TACIS and ALA projects both as Team Leader as well as SME specialist. He has wide international consulting experience including in Southern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia as well as Latin America and the Caribbean.
