I am a highly motivated and experienced Integrity Investigations/Training specialist and Security Risk Management and Security Operations specialist with a diverse, international multi-disciplinary portfolio of dynamic achievements. My broad professional experience is evidence of a solid track record achieving desired outcomes and contributing to strategic thinking and organisational cultural change management. Much of my experience has been gained working in challenging regions  engaged in conflict or post-conflict, reconstruction and transitional development (Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Iraq and Bangladesh).

Conduct timely physical site security audits, complete an analysis of identified security risks and submit comprehensive Risk Assessment Reports containing practical recommendations for treatments (and review) to mitigate identified deficiencies for site security;
