- Over 10 years of public health experience in improving health outcomes for women, children and young girls in developing countries;
- Vast expertise in immunization, integrated reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (RMNCAH) or HIV service delivery;
- Broad experience with developing program strategies, managing grants and budgets. Also skilled in grant proposal writing, stakeholder management, and health system strengthening;
- Good experience in supporting multiple countries build, manage web-based family planning dashboards, and deploy these dashboards to subnational regions to improve visibility into service delivery data and knowledge management in family planning;
- Experience in collaborating with high level institutions, funding agencies, international organizations, private foundations, ministries of health, and private sector. Supported ministries of health in Nigeria and Ghana in new production introduction and uptake;
- Applied experience implementing RMNCAH programming in implementing country with direct responsibility for project team, deliverables and budget management;
- Very experienced in providing logistics support and developing and managing national databases for tracking cold chain equipment inventory to ensure vaccine potency. Conducted a supply chain landscaping assessment in two states in Nigeria to identify key barriers to accessing reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH) services at the health facility level;
- Very organized with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, strong project management skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and ability to interact successfully with people of different backgrounds and cultures;
- Very good knowledge and experience in East and West African countries.
