10 years of professional experience as consultant with extensive experience in the central state institutions (Parliament, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, General Prosecutor’s Office) (Ref. 1, 7, 8, 9) and international organisations/ projects (UNDP, SOROS, World Bank, UNEP, TACIS)

5 years of experience in developing research capacities of central public authorities, including Parliament. Provision of support for establishing of the research unit within the Parliament. Organized capacity building events/workshops/training programs for developing research capacities of MPs (their personal assistants) and parliamentary staff. Organized access and advised on different data bases on EU legislation. The experience of Germany, Croatia, Latvia, Poland and Czech Republic was taken as models and best examples 

Strong experience of developing Strategic Development Plans, including two for Parliament; experience in performing researches, functional reviews, institutional capacity and needs assessments; use of cost benefit and gap analysis, SWOT and PESTLE tools, use and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative research data information

Strong experience in developing Communications Strategies and communication tools for Parliament. As part of strategies the communication unit of Parliament was completed with additional professional staff, a Media Centre was created, a Visitor and information Centre established, the dialogue between MPs and civil society, business and diplomatic community improved. Different promo materials were developed, including an education video on how the parliament functions
