I have an academic background in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan and a master degree in urban and regional planning in developing countries from the Iuav University of Venice. I have extensive experience both as a traditional architect and from working with international agencies in development and humanitarian aid.

My experience in the least developed countries include design and overall support for the construction of schools, ECDs and youth centers, hospitals, health centers, low-cost housing, water and sanitation facilities in a number of countries including, Kosovo, Eritrea, Lebanon, Angola, Somalia, Rwanda and Burundi.

In 2016, after several years with UNICEF, I was placed in their Construction Expert Roster for the areas: Construction Project Manager, Construction Engineer, Construction Procurement Specialist, Construction Market Survey Specialist, and Construction Evaluation Specialist.
