Key qualifications:
• Investments: Prepared many valuation and feasibility studies in various sectors (manufacturing, real estate, transportation…).

• Financial management: Held responsibility over all finance functions (accounting, credit and collection, budgeting and financial analysis, inventory and procurement) at two previous posts.

• Financing and cash flow management: Prepared feasibility studies and valuation models to justify raising private funds according to pre-set required rates of return using investors average cost of debt and equity, project's required capital and desired debt/equity mix. In addition, raised debt and negotiated financing terms including interest rates, fees, financial covenants and undertakings. Also negotiated and reviewed security packages and loan documentation in cooperation with banks and borrowers legal counselors in the best interest of borrowers.

• Portfolio management: Held responsibility over an alternative investments portfolio, mainly invested in hedge funds and private equities. Duties were selection of managers and monitoring of performance. Prepared an optimal asset allocation and allocated among a number of managers with the objective of diversifying exposure and maximizing returns. Had been exposed to LBOs and a number of VC, especially in IT sector.

• Procurement: Analyzed Jordanian laws and regulations related to procurement of supplies, works and consulting services and advised on gaps against international best practices

• Vast knowledge on corporate laws (within Jordanian legal framework), including companies
laws, commercial laws, income and sales tax laws and utilizing this knowledge in making recommendations on companies formation, tax planning (including raising debt vs. equity decisions), companies restructuring (including liquidation).
