- Long, successful, proven experience in Expert in training public and project procurement officers in understanding and effectively utilising standard bidding documents, easy to use guides for the preparation of specific bidding documents in Works, Goods and Non-Consulting Services, Consulting Services, logistics, resolution of disputes and complaints from suppliers and contractors through Bid Challenge Systems.
