  • Significant improvement in the implementation of the PIDA Communication Strategy such as the revival of the PIDA Journalists Network and the completion of the IAIDA Handbook, among others.
  • Improved AUC advocacy activities with Member States regarding the implementation of PIDA projects.
  • Improved analytical work on the PIDA programme including the process of preparing the Mid-Term Review of PIDA implementation.
  • Enhanced linkages of PIDA with other AUC activities including regional and continental policy harmonization as well as AU Agenda 2063.

 Team Leader for the EU funded Support Programme for the Togolese Energy Sector. (March-November 2018)

Supervision of 2 members staffs (Energy Regulatory Expert and Renewable Energy Expert) The key achievements are :

 Support Energy Administration in drafting ToRs and recruiting of short term experts to carry out specific studies

 Team leader for SENELEC projects

  • Head of Planning and Engineering Department (2000-2002) with 25 members staff and Director General (2002- 2003 and 2006-2007). Main achievements;
  • Installation and commissioning of two 15 MW power generators in the interconnected grid;
  • Proper preparation of Bidding documents and launching of a pre-qualification bidding for an IPP 60 MW power station;
  • Successful launching of a public bond amounting at FCFA 15 billion (US$ 30 million) to ensure investments in the transmission and distribution networks;
  • Mobilization of a FCFA 9 billion (US$ 18 million) loan from BOAD (West Africa Development Bank) for generation and transmission for the regional districts;
  • Completion of Dakar MV network rehabilitation, a project amounting to FCFA 3 billion (US$ 6 million) ;
  • Elaboration of studies and commissioning of two 90/30KV transmission stations;
  • Launching of tariff studies.
