He has worked in the justice sectors of 47 countries, focusing on issues like democracy, government transparency, alternative dispute resolution, rule of law, court administration, and good governance. His efforts have been crucial in enhancing the capacity and policy development of government institutions collaborating with civil society. His leadership roles include acting as Team Leader and Senior Expert in Court Administration and serving as Deputy Chief of Party and Acting Chief of Party in USAID projects.
