The work experience in private sector, non-profit organizations (NGO) and education background in Environmental Engineering, Economics and Business Administration (Corporate Environmental Management) equipped me with advanced skills required in monitoring, evaluation, data collection and analysis, communication, risk management, environmental impact assessment, environmental audits, climate security, sustainable development, environmental planning and management, environmental management systems, waste management and development of environment policy; development of communication strategy, and project management. I have experience with private sectors, business firms, and non-profit organizations. Well equipped with monitoring, evaluation, data collection and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), communication skills and reporting. 

Worked in with Finnish as project assistant selling the idea of ecological sanitation for natural nutrient cycle as a solution to the sustainable environments and agriculture in Finland, Africa and other countries in Europe. Collected and analysed data from current and prospective users (2015/16). 

Worked with Buhongwa Dumpsite in Mwanza Tanzania as a researcher where I collected and analyzed data from the households with their respective waste management. The surveys provided management with important inputs for decision making related to waste management (2009). 

Worked as environmental officer for mining company in Tanzania (AngloGold Ashanti Limited-Geita Gold Mine). During this assignment, I collected and analyzed data, monitored, evaluated data to find out the environmental impacts from households in the mining-neighborhood (2009-2010).
