An education & training and workforce development (HRD) specialist and project manager with extensive experience designing, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating international donor agency funded education & training, HRD and poverty reduction programs in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East. Demonstrated experience working with a variety of UN and government agency partners and community stakeholders to provide humanitarian assistance and  identify organisational training needs then design, manage and deliver initiatives aimed at addressing identified human resource capacity and institutional deficiencies. High-level technical, project management, team building, cross-cultural communication, mentoring and report writing ability demonstrated for example by UN and donor agency funded engagements in Jordan, Republic of Palau, Viet Nam, Indonesia and elsewhere.
