CAREER HISTORY
Senior Engineer with 15 years of design experience in large urban water / sewerage reticulation schemes principally in Australia and the Middle East. Designed extensive sewerage networks, water networks, pumping stations, and all associated pipeline structures. Managed the hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of the entire sewerage and drainage infrastructure of the Emirates of Dubai (population 1 million). Used the model to master plan the infrastructure development for 2020 design horizon (construction cost USD 2.5 billion, Site Area 8500 ha, Ultimate Population 2.7million ). Also involved in the design of the largest sewage treatment plant based on membrane bio reactor technology for Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman.
Taught at the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, developed a course curriculum and lectured on environmental and civil engineering subjects.
