• He has worked and implemented systems across different industries, be it in operations, business development, consulting and/or project management. He has in depth knowledge in the implementation of different types of technologies for over 20+ years.
• The main focus is assisting organizations in strategy, business development, operations, consultancy and managing complex technology projects. 
• During eight years he has been working on different types of projects in Latin America in the area of Micro Finance, mobile banking, web applications, website, intranet, multimedia productions, audio-visual productions, radio, video, various connectivity solutions (VSAT, ADSL, dial-up, Wi-Fi, wireless networks, Wireless Mesh) and local content development.
• Working in Asia, Europe and Latin America has brought a lot experience working with different actors (the hospitality industry, technology start-ups, commercial companies, public institutions, government agencies, World Bank, NGO's, etc.), ever changing variables and challenges.

Mr. Tan's operational background is based on finance and accounting combined with in depth knowledge of both strategic and operational application of technology, which has helped him to succesfully assist a wide range of different clients.

For the past 18 years, his focus is on helping clients break through challenges and find practical solutions. He has successfully helped clients resolve challenges and implement new business strategies. This success is based on proven organizational and team work skills delivering on time and within budget.

From the start of his career Mr. Tan has chosen a path of continuous learning purposely changing industries. His natural curiosity and interest for innovation and technology fits in, as it requires critical analysis and constant review of how digital solutions and/or innovative technology can be best applied.

Hands on experience in development (POC) and product management of digital services and/or products have led him to gain deep insights and invaluable knowledge. Mr. Tan has implemented various systems across different industries (hospitality, IT, NGO’s and management consulting) working both on the client and vendor side.

He has held different senior managerial positions, spanning almost all continents. Being multi-lingual has allowed him to gain broader exposure to different cultures and different challenges.

Working in Hospitality, Technology, Non-Profit, Strategy/Management consulting and with many start-ups has led to a deep understanding on how to work in different business and cultural focused on making digital solutions and technological innovations work to simplify business processes.
