I am statistician and M&E Expert and bring 18 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and data management for donor funded programs, specializing in health (malaria, child and maternal survival, nutrition, tuberculosis, HIV and AIDs. I also have 20 years of experience conducting research on child and maternal survival, HIV and AIDS, demography, and social and economic issues. I bring a wealth of expertise in variety of evaluation methods, tools both qualitative and quantitative and proficient designing and field testing of data collection tools such as questionnaires and interview guides and training of surveyors and data entry clerks. I have significant experience coordinating and collaborating with policy makers and donors and working on large donor-funded projects with USAID/PMI, GFATM, DANIDA, UNICEF, UNDP and private donors/foundations. I have an excellent computational skills and capabilities in managing relational databases; with advanced proficiency with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and statistical packages, such as SPSS, Epi-Info and Epi-Data. I hold Licence in Management and Graduate in Statistics from the University of Benin and master’s Degree in Organization Management (underway). I am currently serving as Strategic Information Advisor for the Regional Action through Data Project (RAD). I have experience working with the West African Health Organization (WAHO) and Inter-Governmental Authority for Development (IGAD) with geographic coverage of 23 countries in Africa through the Regional Action through Data project (RAD)

My other abilities include: Ability to work under pressure, mainly under time constraint with results; Full computer literacy; Flexible and minimum need of supervision and quickly adaptation skills in working in a multicultural and multiethnic environment. I have expertise in working to ensure program and project assessments meet quality and technical standard, coordinate and facilitate report writing and dissemination.
