Peruvian professional with a degree in Psychology by Saint Mark’s National University; with specialization in Social Psychology and community involvement; completed studies for a Master’s degree in Social Development Projects Management at Saint Mark’s Mayor National University; postgraduate studies in the X Program of Governance and Political Management implemented by the Catholic University of Peru and the Graduate School of Political Management - George Washington University (GWU). Consultant to PAHO and GTZ (German International Cooperation Agency) for the implementation of the TEACH – VIP (Training, Educating and Advancing Collaboration in Health on Violence and Injury Prevention). I have been specially trained by German cooperation (GTZ) and PAHO in systematization and evaluation topics, and by USAID – PACT in the elaboration, monitoring and evaluation of projects, with experience managing and supporting volunteers’ activities for local programs aimed to deprived and at-risk communities in Latin America region, specifically in Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala and Haiti. I count with special team working skills and strong capacities to create and develop interactive and participative strategies and special capacities to work under pressure. I am completely fluent in English, acceptably fluent in French. I am skilled in specialized software for project management, monitoring, evaluation and development (MS Project, MS Visio); database management (MS Access); and excellent command of MSOffice applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
