Worked across diverse projects in countries such as Uganda, Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania, focusing on environmental impact assessments, value chain analysis, and sustainable development strategies.

Responsibilities have included providing policy and technical support, leading project implementation and evaluations, and serving as a consultant. His geographic scope spans regional and country-specific projects across Africa, with particular focus in Uganda, Sudan, and the Lake Victoria Basin. He possesses deep familiarity with local governance and cultural dynamics, especially in Uganda, where he has worked extensively on fisheries and aquaculture projects.

He holds a PhD in Zoology, specializing in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, from the University of Florida, USA. Additionally, he obtained an MSc in Zoology, focusing on Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, and a BSc in Zoology from Makerere University, Uganda.
