Substantial experience in creating, designing and producing communications materials to promote the organization internally and externally.
Good experience managing and coordinate public relations events to launch campaigns and reports.
Good ability to alert colleagues for consistent and correct use of corporate identity and branding, in particular the logo, the right language and the colour.
Substantial experience in producing internal bulletins, annual brochures and welcome kits.
Good experience in developing a communication action plans, projects to promote behavioural change and to promote gender quality, equity and justice.
Good experience in training, coaching and mentoring the communications staff in national  and regional offices
Substantial experience liaising with Global Center and Support Offices colleges for content delivery, coordinate VIP visits and launch global initiatives.
Good experience of managing effectively a national and regional communications budget.
Good knowledge of the organization strategy, programs, projects and operation standard.
Extensive experience in planning trips, agenda, activities, for PR and media purposes
Excellent experience in working in cross functional teams, national and regional committees.
Substantial experience in training staff to be media ready to deal with media crisis in an emergency context.
