Previously held roles such as Education technical lead, Project Director and Country Director, the expert has overseen many donor-funded projects and managed teams across Nigeria, Namibia, Ghana and South Sudan. Career highlights include enhancing education quality for 300,000 children, developing teaching and learning materials in the Hausa language, data-driven Teacher professional development strategies, strengthening systems for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), and implementing national education policies. 
Responsibilities have included leadership in technical assistance, governance, and health initiatives, resulting in sustainable community programs and strategic partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
I bring over 30 years of experience in the leadership and management of projects and country offices having served as CoP and or Project Director on Education, Health, Livelihoods, Democracy and Governance projects in South Sudan, Namibia, Nigeria and Ghana. I have experience setting up and managing country offices, including management of operations, grants, finance, security platforms etc. 
I possess great technical capacity in the design and implementation of Education, Health, Livelihoods, Democracy and Governance, as well as state and non-state capacity development interventions.
Experienced in systems strengthening for state and non-state actors.
Experience working in conflict and post-conflict settings in South Sudan and northeast Nigeria as well as in Namibia and currently in Ghana.
I am thoroughly familiar with multi-donor reporting, procurement and grants requirements, including those of USAID, UNDP, UNHCR, UNICEF, FCDO, DFATD, and Foundations such as Bill and Melinda Gates, as well as Chevron and Johnson and Johnson.
