·   Extensive expertise in behaviour change for hygiene practices using the following tools and models:Integrated Behavioural Model for WASH, SaniFOAM and Ranas approaches, Wash’em, barriers analysis, inclusive and universal design, ownership and management of facilities.

·   In depth knowledge and understanding of sanitation systems’ approaches and technologies includingFaecal Sludge Management, Faecal Flow Diagram, sanitation landscaping, market-based programming, supply chain analysis, sanitation product optimization.

·   Highly skilled at designing and rolling out capacity enforcement content to practitioners and students through range of modalities (face to face, online, remote...). Demonstrated experience in developing practical tools and resources adapted to different settings.

·   More than 10 years’ experience in project management and programme development: theories of change, logical frameworks, indicators, monitoring plans, quality assessment tools, environment screening assessments, recruitments, and cluster coordination.

·   Expertise in research and assessment techniques involving qualitative, quantitative, and participatory methods, as well as in preparing detailed policy briefs, training and learning notes, journal papers.

·   Extensive experiences of humanitarian interventions across a range of technical challenges: access to hard-to-reach areas, community involvement, emergency water supply, excreta management solutions, and WASH in education centres and health centres.
