Isaiah Nzima is a seasoned non-profit Monitoring and Evaluation specialists with 12 years of experience in developing and implementing country-level Monitoring and Evaluation systems; designing and executing community Development projects; child sponsorship project development; multimillion-dollar grant proposal development; Evaluations design, implementation and overall qualitative and Quantitative data collection protocols. He possesses over 5 years of senior leadership experience (mainly technical leadership) for non-profit organizations. He has served in various roles currently as Manager for the Monitoting and Evaluation and Research Unit at World Vision UK and previously as a) World Vision Mozambique National Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Strategy lead b) National Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for World Vision Zambia; (c) Programme Manager for various Community development Projects at World Vision Zambia. Isaiah Nzima has had short assignments during his career at World Vision International that included (a) Baseline Learning Lab Facilitator for World Vision Chad; (b) Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for a special project under World Vision East Africa Regional Office; (c) Baseline and Evaluation Internal Consultant for World Vision Malawi and Zambia. Isaiah has served as a Training Officer for the Zambia Forestry College, a government training institute that offers Diploma courses in Agroforestry and natural resource management.  Isaiah has working knowledge in some local languages spoken in Zimbabwe and has both cultural and context experience working in Southern Africa and Zimbabwe in particular.

Isaiah holds a Master’s degree in development studies from the Free State University in South Africa. He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Natural resource Management from the Copperbelt University in Zambia. He has undertaken various specialised pieces of training and short courses including Qualitative methods, Analysis software training like Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and nVivo (Qualitative analysis siftware), Mobile data solutions like Comcare, District Health Iinformation Software (DHIS2), Open Data Kit (ODK), and Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS).
