- Senior-level Strategic Leader and Team Supervisor: Over 12 years of experience serving in senior-level positions both at USAID and with USAID contractors. Motivating supervisor, skilled at leading diverse teams toward a common goal; supervised skilled engineers and scientists at FHI on integrated projects. Successfully facilitated and improved health indices for USAID in Nigeria. Created improved sustainable programs at state level and national level in Nigeria, informing policy and strategic changes in the health sector. Facilitated expansion of chlorhixidine gel use for newborn cord care in Nigeria from none to 22 states within 4 years.
