·       Mr. Youssef is a Development Cooperation, Policy Planning, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Coach with comprehensive public sector experience in the Arab Region and a multi-disciplinary academic/professional background (Management, Human Capacity Building, Research, SMEs). He has excellent communication & interpersonal skills (more than 70 participatory training sessions), and fully bilingual Arabic/English, with medium level knowledge of German and basic knowledge of French and Spanish.

·       Fully computer literate.

·       Outstanding experience in Development Cooperation advisory and management positions,, in particular: as Director of the Regional Office of InWEnt/GIZ –Capacity Building International, Germany in Egypt which he actually contributed to its building and establishment over a period of several years.

·       Comprehensive experience acquired in particular through direct interventions in the management of InWEnt/giz Regional Portfolio in the Arab Countries between 2006/2011. Earlier he was a member of project teams which worked on the USAID funded program “Egyptian Environmental Policy Program”-EEPP.

·       Approach that favours participatory management / leadership within the Project Team and also vis-à-vis counterpart Authorities/Officials/Staff, this is complemented by skills to develop methods / techniques suitable for effective and efficient Intercultural Cooperation facilitation in complex and/or sensitive contexts/environments. Applying innovative methods and processes (System Thinking/Strategic Planning/Creating Modern Learning Public Sector Organizations/Organizational Performance).
