Job Description:

To give assistance and coaching to the National Water Utility Local Manager to implement good practices within the overall capacity building process, to ensure sustainability after the project intervention. Achievements To establish and follow up of a group of key performance indicators an asses impacts; manage an investment fund to acquire vehicles, equipment and tools to improve the maintenance activities, reduce the response time to client complaints and queries and define and implement a comprehensive Training Plan for the commercial, administrative and technical employees.
