> 14+ years multidisciplinary experience in railway and logistics project management in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southern America;

> Solid experience in operational and financial business modeling ;

> Ability to manage and work within multicultural teams and challenging environments ;

> Solid experience in financial and administrative project monitoring;

> Experience in implementation of projects related to the private sector development, more specifically in logistics (organize, design and deliver);

> Ability to build up networks, to develop contacts and to negotiate with international public administration and the private sector;

> Experience in creating a manual of procedures ; 

> Strong background working with development related issues;

> Fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish
