Duties and responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of research undertakings of the organization at central level (national) and supporting M&E team

Achievements: I have successfully organized the undertaking of the following researches of the organization (from protocol development-Securing IRB consent-Conducting the study (from recruiting and training of data collectors and supervisors to organizing data collection process)-writing technical reports and policy briefs to developing manuscripts).
