Strong track record in concept & strategy development, project appraisal & proposal writing, monitoring & evaluation; fully familiar i.a. with EC PCM and Logframe approach, GIZ Capacity WORKS and impact monitoring, DAC evaluation criteria
Design and implementation of large training and ToT schemes and workshops, modern training and facilitation techniques, action and experienced based learning, training of trainers, course design and curriculum development;
Gender analysis and gender mainstreaming in the context of education, training, employment, private sector and social development
