With formal training in Public Ploicy, Business Administration and Human Development, backed by more than fifeteen years of progressive work experience in social development, advocacy and mobilization,healthcare, project planning and management in different African Countries, I have acquired the requisite skills and competencies to manage both development and humanitarian projects as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams for results. Also with excellent interpersonal, communications, networking and coordination skills, I am able to lead and motivate teams in managing complex projects and delivering results within stipulated time frame and available resource. I am a calcualted risk taker and passionate about innovation.

Mobilized one millon Euro for an income generating project in sierra Leone for war victims in Bo town, sierra Loene

Negotiating an implementation agreemtn with NGOs – Cordaid to implement water and sanitation in communities in Sierra Leone

Training a group of women leaders in project management, monitoring and reporting

Developing a Financial management tool for women leaders to manage microfinance projects.
